What to Bring

1. Your QR Code

This is your unique identifier. You can find it in your dashboard after subscribing.

Tip: Save your QR code to your phone for easy access, or print it and keep it in your wallet.

2. Valid Photo ID

Bring ONE of the following government-issued photo IDs:

  • UK Passport
  • UK Driver's License (photocard)
  • National Identity Card
  • EU/International Passport

Important: Your ID must be current and not expired. We verify identity to comply with Anti-Money Laundering regulations.

What to Expect at Collection

Arrive at Reception

Enter through the main entrance and head to the reception desk.

Show Your QR Code

Present your QR code (on your phone or printed). Our staff will scan it to verify your account.

Verify Your ID

Show your photo ID to confirm your identity. This is a security measure to protect your mail.

Collect Your Mail

Our staff will retrieve your mail. You may be asked to sign for registered items or parcels.

Done!

The whole process takes less than 5 minutes. You're free to go!

Common Questions

Can someone else collect my post?

Yes! You can authorize someone to collect on your behalf. They'll need your QR code, their own photo ID, and a completed authorization form (available in your dashboard).

What if I don't have a printer for my QR code?

No problem! You can show your QR code on your phone screen. Just make sure your phone is charged and the screen brightness is turned up.

Is there a limit to how often I can collect?

No limits! You can collect your mail as often as you like during our opening hours. Some customers collect daily, others weekly or monthly.
